Actually regarding this free upgrade thing, I have just one issue.

The issue is they misled some people into signing up the package so they can be free upgraded into the next tier by January 2017.

If they couldnt upgrade by January 2017, shouldnt they reduce the price to the lower tier?

Isnt this considered cheating the consumer's money?

Don't know, i search this thread i didn't see anyone mention need to pay rm200 minimum, if your house is further then "i can't remember the distance he told me" you will need to pay more then the minimum rm200.
