They will come to my house to upgrade my UNIFI to 100Mbps.     |

My say is starting from February 2017 until July 2017.
get free upgrade from Unifi 30mbps to Unifi 50mbps But until now haven't upgrade, Do they need to come to house to upgrade from 30 to 50? |

i got my free upgrade to 10mbps from 5mbps last week. a bit later than what TM originally promised but at least they delivered in the end. its not a stable 10mbps all the time. it fluctuates between 7 and 10 but hey, its more than what I signed up for and my Kodi videos load noticeably faster than before so I am happy with it.

i didn't get the free upgrade til now.

I contacted the support and they told me the upgrade will be in september as they have to upgrade their framework. 3 days later I got my free upgrade

TM will only come to your house if you are upgrading from 50Mbps to 100Mbps. I am staying in Melaka area, you can try contact TM through the online chat service! maybe they can help you with that which area are you staying?  |
