Had 4 session of Live Chat and report but unable to close.
How to deal with the issue.

Do you have Streamyx before Unifi, under your own name too? Because two years back, when I tried to apply for Unifi at my new place, I was told I have outstanding in my Streamyx account, when I asked Streamyx team, they say no outstanding. I'm thinking that was the cause...

Go look for this ops manager (honestly I forgot his name lah, I think Shan-something) from VADS Penang and tell him Mr Ng sent you lol. He'll probably get pissed but he knows the case well, he'll help you too I believe.

He's handling my case, I'm gonna follow up with him tomorrow.

I'm having an UNIFI account from previous house.
When I went to close the said account, I have paid LAST bill created by the UNIFI CENTER staff.
He said there will be no more charged.
Suddently I was told the account have pending RM50++ charge.

I have been communication with TM Help email.
70++ emails coming and going.
I think, after several email, just open an report at SKMM.
