Did you enable "Manage apps battery usage"? and let miui restrict the activity?

if else fails, flash to developer rom, and use the 50% fix in first page..allow oem unlock in developer options

Having this problem before with Waze.

Solution: Set to No Restrictions for Waze (Background Settings) and Allow (background location) in the App Battery Saver Settings. Previous default settings is MIUI Battery saver

Updated to 8.1.6.0, waze work slightly better now. It can find the GPS without reboot the phone but waiting time about 1-2mins. Will try golok recommended setting.

cant use it to command if phone have lock screen / fingerprint enable..

Finally, i think I have discovered what is causing my screen to seem "unable to come out from being dim", unless i reboot it. I suspect it is the double tap lock screen app that I installed. By using the power button to off screen, I can wake up and get full brightness. But if I lock the screen with the app, when the phone wakes up, the brightness will not "wake up". Getting rid of it now.

What do you guys do to lock/turn off your screen without touching power button?

not to mention Quick Ball ( enable it in setting ) also have that

im using both option 1 and 2

I want to avoid Quickball, cos it interferes with gaming.
