Hi all, Can anybody help?

I'm from Thailand and i have made the orders (4 orders) from JD Sports MY to buy Nike shoes and send to KL. I thought they would send by DHL but it came out they sent by Skynet. I have track from Skynet website it shows that's the goods arrive in Singapore hub.

Has anyone know how long it takes if sent by Skynet?

Do they have Skynet office in KL?

I put the hotel address in the order but it finally seem that the parcels will arrive in different days. Is it possible to ask them to keep all the parcel in their office center in KL and I will pick them up by myself all at once.

Does anyone know their tel number or email in KL?

Thank you guys in advance for help.

My shoes arrived on 25th Aug safely. Box was dented in one corner. They still ship without double boxing - which is crappy!

Cop quite a few pair from size? over the years. Never let me down on shipping. Bought from physical store in Milan and London as well, multiple choice of colorway sitting around with a lot of sizes. I miss the feeling of being able to walk in casually into a sneaker store and get something you like.

Another is BSTN store that is my go too. END is always great as well.

All of them ship and update very fast, cheap too if you want something else that is on clearance. I always get clearance, you will never know what you will find there. Unless you want something that is extremely high on the hype radar.

Friend just cop a pair from JD MY, he took the RM 100 shipping option. Bought at 23 Aug, so far seems like a waste of money. Still unable to track at Skynet Worldwide.

Damn - what a waste of RM 100. I got the free shipping as I bought above RM 600.00 and received it in 5 working days. I guess I'm lucky for the 2nd time. May check out the other sites listed here in future ...

Dude got money to burn so rolleyes.gif rclxub.gif

Its been 5 days the shoe is still in Singapore, "In Transit to Destination" The free shipping is already good enough at this point. My free shipping took me 6 days but as per JD S.O.P. the shoe box is trashed.

Shoe i bought from other store in EU can reach our country in 3-4 days i.e. BSTN store. Double box and they throw in some nice catalog and sticker. When you check out, they will straight away deduct VAT from your total price based on where your shipping address is, i.e. out of EU. Cant escape GST but still you save a little. It was sometime last year though, but i presume BSTN is still doing this.

Good day everyone!

I'm going to order an Adidas Superstar from JD Sports' store. However, I took a peek at their facebook page and saw customers complaining about their delivery in the comments (product not arriving/ unhelpful customer services etc.) Did you guys ordered from them before? Received the shoes successfully?
*
Hi, you do not need to worry about your delivery as you can now track packages on a third party named TrackingMore. You can track a lot of packages from multiple couriers. For example My WebpageDPD(HK) Tracking.

HI, may i ask you few questions?

Did they manage to deliver to you by Skynet Malaysia? I wrote email to Skynet MY, gave them the tracking number but they said they could not track the number so the Skynet UK may use other local distributor. Do you have any idea?

"handling and processing fee". Basically just to squeeze some money out from you.

Shoes that is over RM500 will get tax. The way to avoid is to request the sender not to write the actual amount on the slip. But JD UK will not entertain that.

Sometimes kena tax sometimes don't cause they check themselves on the slip. They determine if you should get charged or not. And no, JD UK will not able to refund the tax or fee that was charged upon you. If you buy from JD MY, then you can proceed and submit a ticket to get the refund.

Thanks for your reply. I understand there's no import duty for importing shoes to MY. Only 6% GST will be applied if the shoes cost more than MYR 500. And in case there is GST the courier company will charge some handling & processing fee approx. MYR 50 per shipment. If that's a case, it's still cheaper than buying from other source.

I have bought once from JD UK during their massive sales cause they couldn't fulfill my yeezy order eventhough I have already made full payment. They provide me £10 off and free delivery, which is a total of £24.99; more than RM100 off.

With the discount and £10 plus free delivery, my NMD and Pureboost come very cheap. Both all in after discount and "handling fees", each shoe cost me less than RM500. cool2.gif

Hii can someone pls help me?

Question 1: JD Sports MY shoe's size are all based on UK's size right? Not US right. Coz I just ordered a size 5 shoe. Hopefully it's UK size or else I'm screwed. 😰😰

Question 2: Erm I just ordered a women's superstar for about rm370 + rm50 delivery fee = rm420 through JD Sports MY, will I get charged for tax when my parcel arrives? Coz it says my shoe will be shipped from the UK but I ordered from JD Sports MY website.😦

1. UK size. at least all my orders were.

2. From my last few purchases, at that amount, i think ull be safe from tax. U can also track it after few days in the process, pray u wont get "on hold" status sweat.gif which mean in custom.
