Update for everyone! I did manage to get a refund for the shoes I bought! The shoes got shipped back to JD UK Tuesday morning, and they've refunded it back to my credit card on Friday (as I'm typing this). However, they've yet to refund me shipping it back to them.

Will update once again, next week to see if the shipping back has happened!

I think if you buy from Nike website itself should be more reliable. IF I'm not mistaken, Nikes either ship from Singapore or Australia. Distance is shorter, and less customs. However, am not too sure if the product itself would ship straight from the US cause it's NikeID. But from what I've heard from friends, it's okay; not as a bad as JD. I think honestly I got really lucky with my shipment with JD Sports; despite having to send it back, they refunded me in due time; and recently they wanted to get my mobile number so that they can refund me the return costs by this week.

An advice for everyone I guess, is to just call their customer service line everyday and push them to escalate your case after you've dropped them an email. Call at 4pm; which is UK 9am, and you'll usually be able to get someone on the phone with you.

(Also protip, just use office phone to call, hahah)

Yeah bro; that's true. but sometimes very hard to tell whether got good luck or not with things like this.

I have a feeling that next time when I buy a new pair of shoes (probably looking for a pair Ultraboost after this; after my Racers and my NMDs); think I'll go with Facebook groups and some of my friends who are in this line of business, hahaha.

I was pretty much anxious the whole entire time waiting for the refund to happen after reading countless of reviews not just from Malaysians, but from all over the world for JDSports. Plus I'm not in a rush to wear or buy anymore. I'm more of like a "when the time is right" kinda guy when it comes to sneakers.

I don't see any problem with JD online store except for their custom tax issue where they mistakenly stated GBP instead of MYR in their invoice. That's why we have to pay for the tax but it's refundable, just need to spam their fb / email lol.

So far I personally ordered 3 pairs, and all 3 pairs received without any problem except for 1 which stated in GBP, and it took almost a week for them to refund me. Usually we'll get our shoe within 5-10 working days. I got 1 shoe within a week, while another 2 around 2weeks time. Ignore their website tracking status, it's crap cause mine still in warehouse status LOL, already received the shoe for almost 2months already. Hope this information helps! Cheers

I ordered from both site too before. UK site once and Malaysia site twice. Malaysia site one only got problem once where they stated GBP instead of MYR, so custom tax applied. But in the end JD refunded me too lol

So, just to share with everyone, my package arrived safely. No mistakes in size/color/billing etc.

Box arrived a little beat up (I'm a collector of other stuff so box condition is important to me). No extra protection in a black wrap/bag.

Seems to be in good condition, but doesn't feel like my original Prestos felt (or at least, how I remembered it) especially the soles. I got my original Prestos when I was a student in Melbourne in 2001 - 2003 and they had sizing from S - XXL. And now they go by the normal sizing US 13, etc. Maybe I need to wear them for awhile to "break them in"...



Based on this shopping experience (1st timer):

- no errors
- availability, a color I wanted AND the size I wanted

- no extra protection for the box. They just stuffed it in a black bag and shipped it out

Share my experience. I order NMD at JDsports UK website back in 25 November 2016, Black Friday sales. Well, its black friday and they process whole thing very slowly.

Item dispatch quite fast at JDsports warehouse, but the delay struck on DirectLink. After 1 months of waiting, past Xmas and I cant get to make it as a gift for my wife and I decide to get my refund by tweeting them. 3 days after processing the refund, i got back my money.

Guess what, on 2 January 2017, the parcel arrived at my house. I got the NMD and GBP110 back!
P/S: i also bought another pair NMD at Footpatrol website, since JDsports doesnt have my size. Same day on Black Friday, but my parcel from footpatrol arrive after 1 weeks from UK to Malaysia.

Cop quite a few pair from size? over the years. Never let me down on shipping. Bought from physical store in Milan and London as well, multiple choice of colorway sitting around with a lot of sizes. I miss the feeling of being able to walk in casually into a sneaker store and get something you like.

Another is BSTN store that is my go too. END is always great as well.

All of them ship and update very fast, cheap too if you want something else that is on clearance. I always get clearance, you will never know what you will find there. Unless you want something that is extremely high on the hype radar.

Friend just cop a pair from JD MY, he took the RM 100 shipping option. Bought at 23 Aug, so far seems like a waste of money. Still unable to track at Skynet Worldwide.
