Hi, i ordered from footpatrol (still part of JD Sports), i bought a pair of vapormax from them and now they're asking me to pay:

Malaysian Custom Duty RM51.41

Clearance & Handling Charges (incl. GST) RM84.80

Total Payable (RM): 136.21

This is the first time it's happened to me, would you mind tell me how you get the refund from them ? Do i just contact them asking for a tax refund ? Or is there another way to go about it ?

Dear all, hope to seek some advice/help on my first time purchase from JD UK, I've placed my order for a pair of shoes directly from JD UK (not JD MY) on 11th Aug 2017, which costs GBP25.00 and a delivery fee of GBP14.99 so all in total it costs GBP39.99, and JD UK sent me an email stating that my order has been dispatched on 12th Aug 2017 together with a tracking number (not to be confused with order number), but they did not state where and how should i track my parcel using their given tracking number, has anyone encountered this before? What else are my options to track my parcel using their tracing number? as their UK website says around 10 days to receive my order, as till now 16th Aug 2017 I haven't received any updates from them on how to use the tracking number, has anyone here encountered this situation before? Hi, my purchase was from JD so I'm not too sure about footpatrol. Basically, yes I wrote to JD and told them they made a huge mistake in declaring my shoes in pound sterling instead of RM. So instead of RM1120, I was charged GST for GBP1120.

try look on ur acc jdsport uk n see the status of that order.
usually if dispatch it will say (skynet) or others

then try to track using those courier service site
