Hello! I have been trying to top up KiplePay using HL bank credit card but Kiple keep rejecting the top up. Been trying couple of times last month and this month. Anyone facing similar issue? The app is installed on my old XiaoMi phone with Android 8.

Old apps if direct top up thru saved card then sure will reject.
Need pay using other card method.
U can saved card at other card method there.

dun save outside the apps and also if possible removed from ipay88, google, paypal etc as recently a lot fraud happening among my friends

So if u save cards using the "other card method" the card info will be saved in the phone?
No wonder when I switched accounts using the same phone, the account is using the previous account's set of cards instead of its own.

What is the danger of this "defect" of saving cards in "other card method"?

I think doesn't matter save or not save anymore, as i got charge on this citi lazada credit card this afternoon:

I only use this card in lazada, bp, tng, boost, grab, spay, shopee, mcash and tnb and almost 2 years not using it

Called CS about recent mass fraud on various bank and he told me might be some merchants database leaked or stolen by hackers

so they can't prevent any such to happen again

so just cancel the card and wait for new to arrive

similar case with my SCB at 12am+ this morning - 4-5 fraudulent transactions from SG, US + online dunno what companies. Fun.. urgh

Other than sites that charge directly to my card like Shoppee and TNG, i deliberately put the wrong CVV when I save my cards.

For cards that don't check CVV, I also use the wrong CVV when I paid with my cards. So far no frauds, yet.

Scary, better i delete all my saved Othercards.

Kiple app is so hopeless. I actually signed up last year but never proceeded after registration, and topping up RM10 and set up PIN. Now I want to do verification but I keep having problem with the Start Now button.
After doing multiple taps, the colour turned into blue but the next screen holds only for a few seconds then auto-switch to the home screen.
I have contacted CS and still waiting for a reply.
Any one in here facing this problem now?
I read in the earlier period many people reported problems with the process. After 2 years it's still not rectified?

never had this problem. but good luck with CS. took about 6 months to be made compatible with android 12, and even so still can't use.
