YES I did it!
I happen to have another Oppo phone with me so I tried that, and YES I was able to complete the process finally after trying 3 - 4 times!
Thanks for your tip. Think I will just inform CS that my problem is solved after using another phone.

Please don't inform that way, then they will see "no problem". Insist that they raise complaint that your specific model cannot (probably android version problem?)

Haha ok.
Actually I got a reply just now that as per their technical team, the app has some technical issue with devices such as Oppo, Vivo and Realme for the verification process.
Ok we should make them work harder.

I'm facing "record not found" when trying to deposit into SSPN, several pages ago mentioned to close app and restart. Did it several times and still facing same issue. Any tips here? I'm on iOS.

Are you using 3rd party keyboard? My colleague's Samsung has no problem getting the keyboard for OTP to appear as long as he uses Samsung keyboard so maybe you can try & see if native keyboard works for you.
