Anyone know why there’s a daily RM500 topup. All acc is premium. Been using this about a month already.

Just wondering coz a few of my friends able to topup 1.5k per day.

Mine failed too. "0% match". My IC is pretty new (3 years ish) and I even have the same hairstyle. I tried everything and can't capture a selfie video to their satisfaction.

Thanks so much for sharing. Can I ask, after taking the video, was it just a 0% match and a blank picture? Or did it actually capture your photo, but can't match?

Mine, it could match my husband on his phone in same conditions (identical to mine - Samsung Note 20), but for mine, my face couldn't be captured. I tried everything like uinstalling and reinstalling.. but 0% match.

Took gazillion years only managed to submit ID, either failure during IC tilting or submission.

I only use this card in lazada, bp, tng, boost, grab, spay, shopee, mcash and tnb and almost 2 years not using it

Called CS about recent mass fraud on various bank and he told me might be some merchants database leaked or stolen by hackers

so they can't prevent any such to happen again

so just cancel the card and wait for new to arrive

maybe their bank (not your card bank) is flagging these cards (hlb, pbb/pib, etc)

Does kiplepay charge annual or monthly fee ?  What if your card got no balance ?
