havent use this to pay bill yet. seems like it's saying bill splitting is not allowed. many bill payment providers also state the same thing, but somehow able to pay bills in parts.

i've had 96% and 100% match. Still declined even with 100% match.

It shows a still picture.

I've also had IC number not matching at least twice.

they rely solely on the app, so no such thing as "their satisfaction". When it fails, no one can help you because according to their support, backend system shows success, but app is not letting through. So just try and try until you get an instant upgrade. I spent hours doing this.

i'd suggest waiting a couple of days. but when i got pending, it's a silent reject, had to redo in the end. Support will tell you it's approved on their end but app is rejecting.

hahaha. let me see what I've learned.

1. I did mine last week, no problem other than those punctuations that i simply replaced with a dot. Maybe try late at nite when everyone is asleep? I was one of the early birds, no bottleneck.

2. Email should reach them. They usually take a while. Probably Helpdesk levitates the problem to L2 that'll take forever.

3. Check their working hours. I think it's 8.30-5.30pm or maybe 8-5pm on weekdays.

silent reject means it'll never be approved although Support might tell you their L2 will look into this and give you some hope. this was my experience. everything is still new, so i can't be sure.

it is. Just tested Boots. Maybe I had a memory leak - I already did this before in the past. So it's the end of the moon and I'm nearing my limit but too lazy to count how much I spent. So I just topped up through some estimation, PTPTN'd, and got some balance.

p/s : I could not find if there is any place that shows the actual money spent without the redeemed coinback. Hence the estimation. Boots coinback redemption not counted as monthly spend quota.

So you can do anything you want within your wallet limit. There is always a risk they find suspicious activities and reverse your transaction.
