Is the app down today? Have problem in log in

Kiple app is so hopeless. I actually signed up last year but never proceeded after registration, and topping up RM10 and set up PIN. Now I want to do verification but I keep having problem with the Start Now button.
After doing multiple taps, the colour turned into blue but the next screen holds only for a few seconds then auto-switch to the home screen.
I have contacted CS and still waiting for a reply.
Any one in here facing this problem now?
I read in the earlier period many people reported problems with the process. After 2 years it's still not rectified?

I am using Oppo. Do you mean change to another Android phone? I'll try tonight with my other Samsung. Hope it'll work thanks

YES I did it!
I happen to have another Oppo phone with me so I tried that, and YES I was able to complete the process finally after trying 3 - 4 times!
Thanks for your tip. Think I will just inform CS that my problem is solved after using another phone.

Actually I got a reply just now that as per their technical team, the app has some technical issue with devices such as Oppo, Vivo and Realme for the verification process.
Ok we should make them work harder.

I had Affin and RHB cards saved as my top up cards. The error message I got was "Get address failed, pls open gps location".
Checked my location access it has been enabled so not sure why I had that message.
Next thing I did was remove RHB card and added a HLB card, it worked no problem for RM20 top up.
Then I removed the Affin card and added it back as a new card. Loaded RM980 no problem!


Also, RM1000 monthly top up is from 25/7 onwards. I just made another RM500 top up

I have been waiting for the education services to resume. Now this is a good new option!

Tried so many times to log in. System said I have changed phone but I did not, told to change password, I tried so many times to set new password and it kept on saying password has been used before.
Very annoying

Ah thanks, got it done now.
I uninstalled first, then forgot password then changed accordingly. Now I have to record it somewhere as it's not my usual password combination anymore
