Kiple app is so hopeless. I actually signed up last year but never proceeded after registration, and topping up RM10 and set up PIN. Now I want to do verification but I keep having problem with the Start Now button.
After doing multiple taps, the colour turned into blue but the next screen holds only for a few seconds then auto-switch to the home screen. I have contacted CS and still waiting for a reply. Any one in here facing this problem now? I read in the earlier period many people reported problems with the process. After 2 years it's still not rectified? Tried so many times to log in. System said I have changed phone but I did not, told to change password, I tried so many times to set new password and it kept on saying password has been used before.
Very annoying |
