seem kiple Visa SMS TAC for online trx having problem again.
unable to receive SMS TAC since last night.

i'm using Maxis. no issue on not receiving SMS TAC from any 5 digit number.

but this round for Kiple,
no SMS received at all.

Not even delayed SMS till now.

you're suppose to spend, not withdraw out.

try contact their CS and file an escalation ticket to check/fix.

My last withdrawal on 3rd July still works fine

What error you are getting? I was getting "reload is pending", not even go to OTP page. Then I deleted the card and try to add it back, now after i key in OTP, it says bank rejected the transaction. On kiple side it deduct my money and refund it back. This is so frustrating. Last month I tried reload few times, many times it deducted my money, then after that transaction was not successful and refund me back. However, this kind of transaction actually counted into my money allowable spend limit, which is just RM5k. Because of many fail transaction, I exceeded the limit.

if kiple side reject, it wouldn't go thru at all. however tngewallet reload still successfully deducted.

tngewallet is sensitive. it allow deduct first, then cancel it off. yes, also annoying as it eat up my kiple quota.


another issue with TNG now is they block/decline large amount reload (observed from kiple visa)./ max about 499 per day/24h.

So you are saying it is tng issue? I just retry to add the card, finally can be added in tng.
However, attempt to reload RM400 just show me "Please wait, reload is pending", dont even prompt me for OTP.

yes, most of us reported here of such response from TNG when attempting to reload

I wanted to reload RM 400 but I failed and after seeing your reply I tried RM 200 and it works but I wanted to try another RM 200, it’s still pending for reload. So, gotta try tomorrow?

Haha same here. Gotta try another RM200 tomorrow and see if it reloads!

Another RM 200 works again after 24H.

What’s the quota for credit card reload? Or actually does it have a quota for reloading kiple via credit card? Sorry am new to this
