Took gazillion years only managed to submit ID, either failure during IC tilting or submission.

Once that's finally done, I wanted to update billing address and employment details but still failed after trying to save. Loads forever and with no success. sweat.gif Also the billing address doesn't allow "," which is common for addresses... The slowness of the app reminds me of another app. laugh.gif

Honestly my patience is running low, is it only today that slow? sweat.gif

No issue with “/“ though. The warning message only appears if I put “,”.

Anyway, who else that registered yesterday and been trying to update this information? I swear to God I have tried God knows how many times and yet after I hit Save button, it just loads non stop and won’t move from here. I have tried on my iPhone and also Android phone and both show the same pattern.

Without passing this, basically I cannot proceed to request for the physical card and probably cannot top up as well. cry.gif Any help or advice will be greatly appreciated. I tried “Talk to Us” and only one time I managed to chat with someone. She asked me to send the screen-video but it only allows image attachment. However, she asked me to send it over email. After the conversation ended, there is a log sent to my email which I can reply and have replied with the screen-video. No indication showing whether they did receive it or not. I tried my luck again at night talking to them but not able to get anyone. Just now tried and still nobody…

My question is, anybody else who registered yesterday or today facing this issue?

Also any phone no. that I can call rather than chatting online?

I must admit I’m giving up on this app and it doesn’t impress me at all with how the app reacts. Definitely not a good impression for new users.

I had this issue and managed to do it just now. I continuously hit the Save button and somehow it works. laugh.gif

Actually I did mention in my earlier reply to them that I managed to update my billing address already after hitting the Save button continuously but well let them fix then.

I don't know when only they will fix the top up issue...

Earlier I didn't know it was the backend issue ma. Anyway, just tested on Android only but still went back to iOS as iPhone is my primary phone now.

Slow in topping up, you just need to be patient as it can take up to minutes when loading. Don't close the window.

As for the billing address issue I have shared earlier as I was struggling with it too. What I did was after I filled in the necessary, I kept hitting the save button non stop until it succeeded. Stupid but somehow it works. doh.gif

I only have BP stored in my KP. I’m still with the MasterCard version though. Went through with just one attempt and managed to reload KP with BP.
