actual withdraw processing takes longer, i think. few days to more than week
also, dont use their withdrawal la ....get their visa card, topup to bigpay > duitnow to bank.

I'd suggest try manually add card first instead of reloading large sum

Kiplepay Visa is not reliable recently. OTP issue was resolved recently but online transactions were not always successful (after OTP verification). I only managed to top up SPay Global this morning, after several attempts in the past few days.

Don't keep too much money in the E-wallet.

I reloaded yesterday.
Direct reload stuck for some reason.
Then I saved card first. At first thought cannot also, blank white big pop-ups. Then the pin screen loads up after 30 seconds or so.
After that reloaded multiple times, smooth.
But .. this provider is indeed not too secure.... See the payment quality fluctuates so much.

withdraw last Wednesday..till now not in yet...super slow

after few tries to add my kiple visa to tng.
eventually successfully added.

the prob is the tng RM1 pre-auth amount during add card haven't refund to me yet.
it been >2 weeks now, still no sign of it.

not sure whose problem is it, but i juz dun bother to waste all hassle to check with them ding dong for RM1.
