after few tries to add my kiple visa to tng.
eventually successfully added.

the prob is the tng RM1 pre-auth amount during add card haven't refund to me yet.
it been >2 weeks now, still no sign of it.

not sure whose problem is it, but i juz dun bother to waste all hassle to check with them ding dong for RM1.

U added as bank card? Mine always failed to add after entering OTP. It says bank reject.

do Kiple still have free visa card application? Rm25 for a card is quite alot dry.gif

Yes eventually success after my nth time trying. Now reloading is a breeze now. Suggest everyone to add bank card first if you want to topup tng eWallet.

did they refund you the RM1 pre-auth TNG charges?

As of today nope. Since its just RM1 its ok la I can get back more by topping up tng anyway.

yep, mine failed 2x using pib visa plat.

called bank, it seems my PiB card was not enabled for Ecom/CNP since many years ago .... weird cuz i've been using this card for ewallet reloads successfull each month ....

seems like this is a new setup in PBe... we need to re-enable/opt-in the Ecom/CNP settings in PBe doh.gif
