technically, you need 2 weeks to hit rm10k topup limit becos there is rm5k per week limit
for now, try to maximize rm10k topup first like you said   

since payment limit is rm3k per day, you need total 4x rm1 fee as the cost.

kiplepay visa > bigpay > duitnow transfer = faster 

Adui Duitnow Transfer to your I/C number (CASA)
Then top up SSPN from your CASA.

this is to spend $$ from kiplepay visa > reload into bigpay > duitnow transfer to your bank account

actual withdraw processing takes longer, i think. few days to more than week
also, dont use their withdrawal la ....get their visa card, topup to bigpay > duitnow to bank.
