QUOTE(willaw @ Jan 17 2017, 08:03 PM) What's your usage like? If you roam often, better stick with U Mobile. And do you really need unlimited data? Also keep in mind that you can't share this unlimited data (well, at least not legally). I don't roam but will go on a trip in Feb where the data can be used.Lol. Unlimited data sounds tempting and I do tether once a while but it doesn't seem like a deal breaker, at least for me (tethering part) What I'm more concerned is on the stability of the coverage. As I've been with Umobile for quite sometime now and have seen their coverage expanding and improving leaps and bounds. If WeBE can be better off the bat than perhaps worth the risk, plus it's on no contract basis. That's why I'm looking for someone with similar experience to help if possible, to share.

QUOTE(rai_fuzz @ Jan 17 2017, 07:31 PM) Anyone able to share experience using WeBe vs Umobile? Currently I'm on Umobile & the coverage is pretty everywhere that I go. Plus I like the fact it have data roaming using existing data bucket. The offer looks tempting but worried of the stability of the line. Stay where you are... later regret in webe line cannot get TAC code on-time lahhhh.. cannot iMessage lahhhh.... cannot FaceTime laahhh... torrent very slow lahhhh.... don't have voicemail laahhh... line congested laahhhh... phone cannot get LTE laahhhh.... update PlayStore very slow lahhh... YouTube 1080P buffering laahhhh....

Stability is kind of subjective. I suggest getting a friend who owns webe to try it out wherever you'll be using it, or just try it out yourself with a new number. Since there's no contract, you can terminate it anytime you like. The worst that could happen is that you lose RM106. In my case, even though coverage is good, the switch between 3g and 4g is very inconsistent. I have to manually switch or toggle airplane mode off and on. Speed is also inconsistent but otherwise good. Granted my phone is using a custom rom that is anything but stable.

I think it's prorated, so won't lose 106 unless using it a month
