Unless ur using a band 5, lte 850mhz atm, you may need to rethink. Right now, the 3g coverage where it falls back to Celcom is so bad. The locations where I used to get 10Mbps is now crawling at 340Kbps. Sometimes 400Kbps.

Outside my office building it's working fine. I am just wondering what happened in between last week and this week. Last week inside building was also great.

it's mentioned in the TnC's that torrents will be capped to 64kbps.
