Only webe mobile has 3G connection so it should be webe mobile.

Webe broadband also has 3G connection. They are using the same network.

i placed the webe sim (broadband) into my umobile 3G mifi modem, it works, the network show '3G' too.

the mifi modem is 3G only, so i can be certain that 3G works.

not really, i got faster speed than this. generally their broadband speed i find it acceptable, even indoor speed is quite reasonable. it is not absolutely fast, but really the speed is acceptable.
