3. Card required for: Cash Back for online transaction for bill payment (TNB, Unifi, Celcom, AIA, Prudential, Umobile)

4. Interested in Credit Card from: Public Bank Visa Signature/Quantum/UOB or any card that can give high % of cashback.


guys for Public Bank Visa Signature annual fee,
is it waived after 12 swipes or 12 transaction?
is it online transaction considered as swipes as well?
thinking to get high % cashback for online transaction but dunno to choose for Quantum or Visa Signature.

already had MBB Ikhwan for Weekend Petrol (5%)
already had MBB FC Barcelona for others (2%)
now looking for Groceries and Online transaction
