Airmiles : Maybank 2 Premier / Ambank WMC.

But for points wise, WMC requires the spending to be overseas to get the higher points allocation but Ambank also has one of the most competitive forex rate in the market for credit cards.

Maybank 2 Premier on the other hand gives you one of the fastest air miles accumulation if you spend 3-8k a month.

This is general statement for those who r existing cardholder who get replacement card for pin n pay, previously not pin n pay

So, u can just proceed to activate the card, the statement not applicable to u since u r new to bank cards

ic. thanks for the recommendation. tongue.gif i dun think they accept amex.

looking around the card i have.

i guess i will charge:
1) rm1500 on my Standard Chartered Cashback Gold MasterCard for rm50.
2) rm2500 on my Maybank FCB Visa Signature card for rm50.
3) the rest of amount (RM18450) on my OCBC 365 MasterCard
1.0% rebate on first monthly spend of RM1,000 - RM10
0.5% rebate on subsequent spend above RM1,000 - RM87.25

total rebate: rm197.25

after that do a balance transfer 0% interest for 12 months to my maybank credit card on the amount RM1500 + RM18450 = RM19950. tongue.gif

monthly repayment = RM1662.50.

Wanting to get my very first credit card but dunno which one to apply for?

I did some research and I would like the credit cards to have only:

- no annual fees / or can be waived when spending a certain amount
- cash rebates

Hoping to get some good recommendations for all! My salary only RM2.5k so no need for those high standard credit cards
(Ps: I asked my brother and he told me that in those shopping malls sure got bank doing offer wanting you to apply lol but no sales people every come up to me and ask if i want to apply when i passed by. Maybe cause I look like im fresh grad and unemployed yet)
