No thanks. I will stick with the monthly 1GB fast internet. For the new plan, you would need to buy a data pack as the basic data is too slow to even load whatsapp images.

It's rather weird. Power Prepaid plan still shows 7 cents per 30 seconds call.

But once you subscribed to UMI, it's 12 cents per 30 seconds call.

U28 postpaid plan with 9 cents per 30 seconds call, now looks better.

Actually, call rate nothing to do with UMI, it is just UM marketing people muddle up UMI with other things including free U-to-U calls.

In the UMI pages, they quote the call rate from the latest Unlimited Power plan. Call rate outside of any bundled UMI minutes will follow your prepaid plan, that is 20/14/24 sen/min for New/Power/Unlimited Power. Same goes for SMS rate, 3 or 8/8/12 sen.

Indoors especially in condos can be very bad,reason why I just port out of u28.although great package but in unit can't get decent speed.

i think the impact more on P50 users and umi50
since u28 = 3 + 3gb, p50 is 5+5gb, for heavy facebook IG user, they might downgrade from p50 to u28
and also umi50 to umi 30

but for light data usage user, we prefer cheaper call rate

So good. Umobile prepaid just revised the broadband add-on which is from RM5/500MB/24 Hours to RM5/1.5GB/24 Hours. It's mean that if you are massively to use 450GB data in a month just cost you only RM150.

RM 98 = 30GB + unlimited video onze

RM 150 = 45GB


i guess still within the same value

No I mean the broadband add-on which is available for Umobile prepaid subscriber not the postpaid one. Just going through the *118# on Umobile prepaid SIM. It is there.

Digi if want to stream online TV does sangkut-sangkut sometime.
