I am on UMobile plan U28, area at Bandar Utama. My line is showing 4G, but I realise thst even with WhatsApp calling, the line is always cutting and Internet browsing seems very slow. I just ported a few days ago, is this how it is with UMobile? I do t recall 4G being this slow.

QUOTE(stephantsen @ Dec 31 2016, 09:28 AM) it is normal on umobile network , what you can try do is 1) try using 3G 2) report to them see got any improvement or not if no then u can port out already 3G us faster than 4G? Huh? Nonetheless I should try if the line is more stable. This post has been edited by miyakochan89: Dec 31 2016, 12:26 PM

QUOTE(TOMEI-R @ Dec 31 2016, 01:22 PM) You just ported from Maxis? If you really care about data consistency, you are really going to regret this. Maxis is definitely better but if I don't use even 10% of what they give me in their plans, I should just look for others that is more cost saving and suitable for my needs. Edit: right now I am outside and the Internet seems incredibly fast and stable for some reasons. Maybe it's my condo that's affected. This post has been edited by miyakochan89: Dec 31 2016, 01:38 PM

Does Umobile actually reply to your inquiry online from their "contact us" or facebook or it's just a lost cause and I should head straight to their center?

QUOTE(CnY Garage @ Feb 19 2017, 01:45 PM) In my last bill, I got charged from period 15 December until 14th January + 15th January till 14th February. At first I was suspicious, but I paid for it anyways, thinking that the system will track itself. Then this month's bill, I got charged from period 15th Jan - 14th Feb again. Double charge basically. Or is Umobile trying to try its luck with customers?

QUOTE(CnY Garage @ Feb 19 2017, 01:58 PM) ur last bill is 1st bill ? actually first bill most telcos are charging 1 month deposit of access fee but they use the term "advance payment" so you would see double payment Yes it was first bill. So for this month, I don't have to pay?
