hmmm just switch from celcom 38 to umobile 28.
noticed that about 9pm - midnite, the network performance is really bad. i would think its congestion because early in the morning about 6 - 7am its really fast. youtube without buffering. good value though for the video onz and unlimited music for spotify. now thinking of switching to maxis hotlink or oneplan cause network performance is still really the best but with premium price. |
