Poorperly is illiquid, unlike glove share and crypto, it takes years for price to bottom.

Most of those bought in the last 10 years are underwater.

Only landed appreciate in price. That also in Klang valley and JB

Condo either drop or stagnant

Even if price stay stagnant, food price already increase 50 percent. Basically already losing 33 percent value

This is very true, but alot of ppl refused to believe in it....thinking price can only go up coz of inflation...Also what if its leasehold, and less than 30 yrs remaining...

nowadays if u see the stats, many condos subsale price below launch price

at my BIL's place in tropicana metropark, all three condos Pandora, Paloma and Paisley got same pattern. SNP price for 2 rooms condo was RM800K+, now can only sell for around RM600K+ , if kena lelong under RM600K
