This is very true, but alot of ppl refused to believe in it....thinking price can only go up coz of inflation...Also what if its leasehold, and less than 30 yrs remaining...

I do agree with that, but ppl keep on telling me, they are flipping it like hamburger, each time flip, 200K - 300K in pocket....must be nonsense
