I don't believe in property crash but the current new property is like sh*t. Low quality as in the worksmanship (not sure this word correct anot), limited parking space, extreme high density (saw one plan where 2 blocks 20-storey each and only got 1 exit and entrance!!). So this kind of property the price will be high in first place but then fall because no sane and logical person in Malaysia would want it.

My colleague manager diagnose wirh sickness have to stop workin. Recently bought a hse in kl area 750k. Today met said sellin at 920k coz wan go back hometown. When ask if ppl request 750? Her answer...just let it sit till some1 wan to bought near to the price she wan. Not in rush.
So bubble??

when i 1st join my co in 2014 i join this forum as active member too....same members been telling me property bursting next year. in 2016 he revise "property takes years to bottom out" coz his crystal ball running out of juice.
now is nov 2017 yet i cant buy my target house which is priced at 270k at 2014 (now is 330k).
