why not? I'm one of them ain't i? and hey i'm looking into buying. There's no better time to buy. Need to dig back discussion couple years back. Those who could afford they will still be standing strong. This MCO had proven the rich will just become richer.

dude if debt is the only thing this group of people is carrying they would not have second or third property mind you. Third property onwards is already telling you this guys could afford the 30% upfront. And now with the bad situation we are in. The one who is suffering is those who are renting believing that property will one day burst bla bla bla. For these group of ppl including yourself keeping your job/business is already a question.

Are you still hoping this crisis to happen then? how long could you sustain?

in all economic recession, those highly geared are most vulnerable. as said many times, properties are illiquid, price takes years to bottom.

loan moratorium is a temporary relief. if market sentiment doesn't change, loan default will still occur after moratorium.

there is no doubt the rich will become richer, the poor remain poor and the middle class will become the new poor. rich are those with high net worth not highly indebted.

opportunity favour the prepared mind. buy when blood is knee deep on the floor. property is not the only option available during the crisis. as property price is lagging, there are many better investment opportunity available. beside, until oversupply is reduced substantially, price will remain suppressed.

most of the loans is called compressed loans... bank officer submit simultaneously for you based on one salary earning and lands you with muitiple properties, of which you cannot afford to pay the installments...

the 30% upfront , nowadays cash rebate 20% upwards... maybe pay 5 % upfront, cincai dig also can get... plp investing wont pump 30% in unless is a damm good deal and credit is exhausted...

dude.. you still don't see the point after 8 years? no lesson learnt? tell me what kind of other investment would not go down along with property? Your dream came through we are in a real bad shape when it comes to economy. So what's your next step? continue renting? converting all your cash into GOLD?

KEEPING cash at this point of time WORST! if the country go bankrupt.. all the paper money will eventually be worthless.

why don't want to listen when ppl advice you back in 2012? And why desperate buying 4 years back? i assume you got it late 2016? Also those 20% cash rebate sounds like a flipper trap. I'm talking about buying something worth the price which i usually got them only through subsale not from developer.

Until today out of the 5 unit i bought only 1 was from developer. I'm only holding 3 at the moment.
