I have good experience with them.

Got hamper to collect , so i support abit the CNY FD promo,
staff didnt tell me must SMS also.....got any link to read the T&C of the contest?
1 cert 1 entry or every 10k 1 entry?

I had some FD certs with Alliance previously when their rates were competitive till 2016 . Their service staff were informative, accurate, excellent and speedy and I had no problem at all with them so far. I can be considered a satisfied customer especially with their method of monthly interest payment. I can't really vouch for all branches or the bank in general as I only show up at 2 branches, or how things are at present. Keep toes and fingers crossed, and best of luck for the New Year.

I was there on Monday to renew fd n collected 3 hampers. Also did not know of the requirements.

Today saw it only. No links on t n c. Every 10k 1 entry.

Send SMS BRC5 (ic)(space) to 66300. U should receive a response.

300k and above deposit to become Xclusive customer.

Hamper is based on branch basis, their budget and how many customers allocated. So if u are in a "rich" branch, the cut off of deposit amt may be even higher than 300k. That is my opinion.

Unless during deposit, some one asked for gifts like hamper, with high amt than"normal".

You are very lucky. Last 1 or 2 years they have similar campaign for FD deposit. Did not get anything for the lucky draws. Other than gift for FD deposits.

What is the item at the left ? The Ang Pow packet is the previous years design. This year they did not come out with the new ang pow packet.

i guess you have 3 seven fig FD accounts........
prev with 2 seven fig. accounts got 2 hampers, now stingy give 1 only.
but still better than many other banks

my hamper was for existing FDs , not that new CNY promo i put 30k only

Pure FD promotion at UOB. 12 months for 3.95 percent with 10K minimum.

Say if one deposits 100K for FD , so eligible for 10X entry?

Monthly interest into your Savings Account ok

br selayang worst, no angpow, no hamper, just gift set of:

a) personal notebook
b) parker pen with bank rakyat logo
c) pendrive 8gb with bank rakyat selayang logo
d) towel
e) 2017 desktop calendar

good thing is ample parking free

and the front desk one misguide me even can ask gift like luggage bag with trolley

after moeny go in, no higher interest than 4.08%, no such premium gift

Ya, that is what I said earlier. I got the monthly interest for FD renewal on Monday and Wed at 4.08% promo rate. But it seems another forummer was having problem on getting monthly interest from one of the BR branch.
