But if you open BSA without fee, there's no annual fee for the physical ATM/debit card.

With PSA interest rate due for a revision soon, this looks to be a good deal. Perhaps pay a visit to the branch on Monday.

Since OCBC 360 is priced at 2.75% pa, PSA could be revised down to 2.95% pa or 3% pa (if they prefer round number).
Then, SC can advertise easily up to 5% pa
