yes, i think the system never link my saving acc. its is we can link ourself or need to call bank to do it?

call to cs, been informed my acc dormont thats why not show in system. This morning go counter activate it. Then try to withdraw, then getting the cooling period notice for 12 hour. so until now 2 days after muture date still cannot withdraw,  wasted 2 days interested 

This is not FD, its a savings account with profit rate calculated daily and paid monthly. You can withdraw/transfer the money anytime but still enjoy higher interest unlike the savings account from banks. It similar concept like Versa but backed by Al Rajni bank. This savings account is also protected by PIDM unlike Versa

yes, never bother to check before cause open saving just to put FD. and never received any notice about the dormancy.

today finally can withdraw the fd to saving then duit now to public bank. but only rm5k, due to exceed limit. so i change the limit then again kena cooling period for 12 hours. 
This MBSB really kia si. Imagine if some one urgently need money then

I should take out HLB 3.95% 12 months and put it into MBSB 4.4% 12 months.

At mbsb kuching branch now, renewed fd at requested rate of 4.15% for 13m. My amount is rm135k. Was at bank islam, their maxcash fd bundle promo is still available, expected effective rate is 4.145%

So far I think Bank Islam's Maxcash is the highest, https://www.bankislam.com/maxcash-campaign/,, effective rate 4.145%, 12m, OTC, some branch accept non-fresh fund also, depends on how you nego.
Alliance bank's 4.2% is practically for new customers only
