Tried to place FD in HLB from Maybank through FPX but keep getting insufficient fund error. Is there problem with Maybank FPX? Fund is confirmed to be sufficient.

Thanks, I double checked. Turns out my balance is on one-day float. That explains why the insufficient fund error. Waiting for the amount to clear.

Guys, to do EFD, for example if I’m putting efd for HLB through Maybank.. do I need access for hlbconnect and maybank2u in the process? I have fund in CIMB but don’t have CIMBclick..

I thought to comply with AMLATFA, financial institutions including fund managers should not accept funds especially electronic transfer from third party accounts (e.g. an account with another person’s name, regardless of relationship).

HLB e-FD now takes 1-2 days to appear online? last time it was immediate

HLB digital day efd promo 3 months @ 2.8% are expiring today.

May I know if anyone knows what is the rate that they will renew the fd at? Mine shows 2.8% still, but I am not sure if that's the rate that they're keeping..

Placed 5 yrs FD n AmBank at 4.55%, now maturing. Now the rates ...... After checking has some 4.8% one maturing in 2023.

But some of us has like higher than 4.8%, even better rate at or earlier than that time. Just hoping we can get back to 4% soon.......
