Bank is doing business like others.

When OPR up, they adjust the loan interest almost immediately or next day, but FD interest take their own sweat time to up.

Sames when go down, FD interest down almost immediately, I wonder they lower the loan interest at the same timing or take their own sweat time to adjust again?

ya, it make sense after i post only think of that. As my original FD is 12 months, that's why renewal will be same as well.

Yes, i received the same SMS. Feel like is a trick to want us go to the branch! ranting.gif

It does not mentioned are we able to get even if we really walk in....

It didn't say shall we uplift first or just walk in will do, the most concern part is the interest rate, and is it convert to OTC or remain as eFD? rclxub.gif

I don't think I will visit the branch....

I place before 8 am, having the same problem. Used to have this, but normally will received the SMS within 30 minutes. But today already more than 2 hours... still not reflect.

Call up Customer Service, they ask to wait....

Batch by batch. My is 7:55 a.m. place, 11:32 a.m. received the SMS.

Edit: I'm sure their system having problem today morning. After i type this I received another SMS placement successful on 11:48 a.m.
Received 2 SMS in separate time for only 1 placement. biggrin.gif

3.98% p.a. for 6 months min 10k as usual.

It start tomorrow until 29 Feb 2020, min 10k for 6 months, 3.6% p.a. for existing eFD customers.

3.75% p.a. for new to eFD customers only, end 10 Feb 2020.
