i always wanted to know, if you can provide a template to request sorry voucher
dont know how to demand sorry voucher from strangers over email
some people replied angrily and sounded almost like threatening them over mail
maybe you can show the way.....

They untung you dapat apa? not like LZD is ur family... Nothing to do with ethical or what but want be good guy then sendiri rugi saja la
