If the item from oversea, you can email to the Lazada to explain your situation. They might just asked you to keep the item and give you RM20 worth voucher. Happened to me before for an oversea item but not up to my expectation. They asked me to keep the item and gave me a voucher. I used that voucher to bought another new one. I guess Lazada don't want the hassle to keep oversea item.based on their refund system, i need to create refund form and attached together with the item to post office. no need pay anything.
