Hi, I did not ask to re-validate the voucher.
I am asking for compensation of SORRY voucher.

FYI the BCARD voucher are purchased from BCARD, and its allowed for 2 voucher/person.
So there are absolutely no reason to cancel my order.

I'm pretty sure Lazada had claimed the voucher value RM12 from BCARD, and then declined my order meaning caused me financial loss.
