u get nothing if ur area cannot support 100Mbps. Nothing u can claim from TM such as rebate or discount due to this as it is subjected to service availability.

Is the ping really important.. Mine is always below 10ms.

it depends on the location of ur server for the speed test. it cannot be conclusive that ur ping is better due to below 10ms.

30mbps user here, look at the upload speed!!

For those who got more higher upload speed on speedtest.net, please test with beta.speedtest.net, speedtest.tm.com.my/tmspeedtest, and phone speedtest app to confirm what's the upload speed you got, before you are too happy about the more higher upload speed you got right now, it's a false result, i got this 75Mbps++ upload speed result since few weeks ago.

The amount of dissapointment I feel from this post haha. At least u still getting 30+ on dl and that ping too. Mine is now 27 and ping is 28-40ms.

wow. absurd the upload speed!

27Mbps that's the common problem for a lot of ppl here as well. a lot of ppl are getting 28Mbps average for the 30Mbps plan. TM only guarantees 80% of bandwidth for consumer so at least it is within the range.

ping like said, it really depends on the server u use for the speedtest as well, 0-30ms ping are considered as good actually.

It could be sudden burst only. Try restating your BTU again.

Its speedtest problem, been happenning for a few weeks now.

Guys... anybody has experienced moving house but no unifi at new location. What will happen then??

anyone is encountering poor connection now for unifi? my 30Mbps unifi has very poor http direct download speed now.

Same case. Moving next year but next lorong don't have while all other got. Cause the house all recently privately built and when last time they install there 1 or 2 house there only. Now almost full. I msg tm told them to check for me. Report in progress now. They should install since now all full of houses. Moreover, next lorong -.- . If really no coverage, then they will terminate and waive the termination fee.

Then you can downgrade to Streamyx if it's available or cancel UniFi with no penalty.
