Try to set with other browser or set it with your phone browser.

I have face this problem before, some time it cant save the setting but if i change to another browser and it can save.

Yup, that's what I did. Just got my plan upgraded to 50mbps yesterday, next should be free upgrade to 100mbps!

what was your previous plan and how long you had been using the previous plan?

how did you upgrade? via TM point? did you ask the staff if this way of switching plan to 50Mbps will be qualified for next year 100Mbps upgrade?

I'm interested to know this too. If this only applies to new users then this might anger a lot of existing customers who are paying premium.

Previously on Streamyx 4mbps, upgraded to 30mbps by signing up with agent. Upgraded again to 50mbps by calling 100. Was told on the phone will get to enjoy free upgrade to 100mbps next year.

Oh ic. That's good. Then I should really consider too. Rm50 is really quite worth it for this upgrade, especially with this it will be much cheaper price in long run comparing to those who are on 100Mbps now currently is paying rm329.

Although there was news saying that TM may reduce the retailed price for the 100Mbps. However, with this free upgrade for 50Mbps the price paid will still be cheaper.

Just dun know if free upgrade are they upgrading both download and upload speed as per the normal plan or they just simply upgrade the download speed without upload speed.

How many days it take for TM to upgrade from 30mbps to 50mbps? Does TM contractor come to your house to change btu or router?

Upgrading from 30Mb/s to 50Mb/s does not require a change of router / BTU

all the while UniFi sign up online will get one month free. It is slower progress (min 1 to 2 weeks) but can get one mth free to offset certain amount of the installation charge which is good too.

this free one mth thing has been around for many many years.

The current promo rm179 for 50mb,is it included telephone and free calls?

I think you meant 30Mb. Telephone is provided but no free calls
Better register now, else you will lose the chance to get the free upgrade

If I already sign up before 31st December 2016 but the installation only commence after 2017, is the promo still valid ?

i checked with reseller and tm staff...they said not eligible for free speed upgrade if installation is in 2017...dafuq

I am new applicants and I got this SMS too. Just pay to your account and it will show up in you bill. Anyway, RM100 not enough to offset your monthly subscription of 179 + tax.

It's standardized everywhere to get one month free if you sign up with "proper" agent.
If you want more you can check out garage sales. I signed up with an agent here and got myself 1.5 months worth of rebate.
