QUOTE(jiaen0509 @ Dec 20 2016, 11:12 AM) QUOTE(zeese @ Dec 20 2016, 11:56 AM) It's a different subscriptions altogether.. So, you can maintain your existing phone line. Thanks for the heads upUnifi also comes with its own IP phone and it cant maintain your old phone number. It has a new phone number. So, when you maintain your current phone, that means you will have two phone numbers. It's not an issue. I just want to let you know about it only. |

I spoke with TM officer on this matter (maintain/convert existing landline to Unifi telephone line) and she said it's not possible, further confirmed by officers at Everyone Connect''s FB and TM Live Chat.
Once apply Unifi you'll be given a new telephone number and you can opt to maintain existing telephone line for a monthly charge of RM1 per month, therefore 1 new line (Unifi) + 1 existing line. |

When TM install the Fiber Termination Box (FTB) on the outer wall of the house , do they still install the Fiber Eall Socket (FWS) on the inner wall? Or the FWS can be bypassed as the FTB and FWS is back-to-back and separated by a wall only?

QUOTE(sHawTY @ Dec 22 2016, 10:49 AM) I think you meant 30Mb. Telephone is provided but no free calls If I already sign up before 31st December 2016 but the installation only commence after 2017, is the promo still valid ?Better register now, else you will lose the chance to get the free upgrade 9 more days before 31st December |

I have asked TM personnel through their official Facebook, even though subscribed before 31st December and the installation is only completed on 1st January 2017 the upgrade promotion is NOT valid.

Is Homeline/Landline eligible for this campaign? Or it is for Unifi and Streamyx only?
