Yeah but these people I think wouldn't know about the free upgrade either since they have been exploited for years by TM with same price as Advance 50 but getting 20Mbps.

should be upgrade from vip20 to adv 50 ? i heard of my friend said after upgrade to adv50 plan internet seem not stable through.

can i fill in my particulars instead of my dad's for the thank you surprise? name and IC i'll use his, but mobile and email mine can?

i did that, but when i register UniFi with my father account (previouly streamyx), i already put my handphone and email so the system inside UnFi although is my father name and IC, but handphone and email is mine

Upgraded a whole back from 20>50, no changes to reliability at all.

Next is to 100 - hopefully stays stable as before.

Get free upgrd from unifi 5mb to 10mb in sept ,then agreed for the +rm10 unifi 30mb rm159 with no contract extension in dec 2016,and now with the thank you surprise i get to upgrd from 30mb to 50mb,was happy at first but after that called to tm cs and they told me my building max support to 30mb only zzz ....just feels like hmmm maybe they tm already know about this thank you surprise and even if i dont accept their +rm10 offer in dec i still eligible for the 30mb with old price rm149 ?? So they urgently squeeze rm10 out of me b4 thank you surprise?? Well dont get me wrong coz i'm still feels ok with this rm159 for 30mbps unifi,just a liitle feels like being cheat +rm10 every month by tm lol...anyone with free ugrd from 5mb to 10mb,but rejected their offer +rm10 to 30mb ....and lastly get to free upgrd 30mbps thank you surprise here can verify?

U are staying in high rise? If yes, it is subjected to the technical availability, especially if he apartment etc is using copper wire for user end's connectivity.

there are few who are on rm149 currently, who gets upgraded to VIP10 from VIP5, when they checked the surprise, it only says check back on 25 January 2017. so unlikely there is free upgrade again else it should have shown it straightway so at most I guess it is freebies only.

For your case, when u agreed to add rm10 for 30Mbps which u gets it now. technically u have nothing lost currently, since u get what u already paid for.

If given rm159 price and again u get 50Mbps even it is not meant to be, it will be bonus.

right now there seems to be an issue playing diablo 3 and also over watch for unifi users.

me too, always show up the wifi logo i am not alone... i only had problem with CoC, other games like MFF ok
