now streamyx need phone line + streamyx acc, if unifi do i still need phone line?

anyone here who is on streamyx previously but upgraded to unifi and choose to terminate the streamyx after unifi is activated but retain the existing copper telephone line? are u guys paying rm1 now for the existing telephone line instead of the monthly rm26++ for the line?

Yes, cannot cancel HyppTV. Most of us took the cheapest package. I registered Aneka but recently upgraded to Ruby for RM 30 as well.

Source told me, 1/2/4/8Mbps users need to opt for RM149 package (similar to unifi VIP5) in order to get upgraded to 10Mbps Unifi Lite.

no issues with 100Mbps....lastweek only appstore got a few days hiccup...

I think Apps Store issue only lasted for a day or two. Last week I had no issue with it.

Heard asus has the best support for unifi.

for normal home users, certainly not. in fact for a speed of 500Mbps, 100GB can downloaded finished within slightly over one hour. not even a day.

I know this may not be the appropriate place to post this but which telco do you guys recommend for overall? Currently using Digi and it is quite good even though some area is slower but recently it has been so disapponting. Thinking of maybe celcom or webe sonce webe will be upgrading this year for faster speeds.

Phone line / fixed line number can maintain right? it just not free anymore. Or you will have 2 number? 
Mine maintain but my friends get 2 number. Im confused.

Unifi account and TM fix line account are separated. One name for Unifi account and one name for the TM fix line account. What's the owner name of your house fix line account? You should check from there. The fix line account would still be there eventhough you already registred Unifi.

Wait until next month and see if you still receive the fix line bill. Normally you will still have to pay the RM 1 rental fee (per month) plus the normal call rate.

If I want to terminate and reapply, do I just call tm and say I want to do those things and then they will come to change the equipment to the new ones? For example, they will change the dir-615 router to archer c5/dir850L?

Hi guys, want to ask as to why I receive bill for unifi 67.75. My install date was 23 Dec last year and not even reach 1 month yet. Supposed to get 1 month free rite? The due date is 6 feb. Do I just ignore or need to complain to 100.
Beside that I already made payment Rm 100 for the SMS that I receive from TM too.
Emailed to unifi CS via occ yesterday still no reply.
