I'm using Centurion 5 Cooler Master casing

last week i just bought X-Fi XtremeGamer Fatal1ty Pro from Bliz to replace my 3 years old audigy value. find out that stereo sound only best in ACM.

the tweaking quite difficult compare to previous audigy. last time the audigy software can enable 7.1 CMSS-3D in "real" stereo xpand but the current fatal1ty pro only can produce stereo surround or "non" stereo xpand (rear & side speaker sound like surround) in E-Mode.

only ACM can give me true stereo xpand but left out center speaker. i can't enable center/sub in ACM cuz this will "overwhelming" the sub volume end up the bass is too loud & sound distorted. the bass level dial also can't help much for the adjust. back to audigy, this problem never happen....

& this fatal1ty pro really got "amp", i can't push the master volume any higher than 50%+ this will cause the sound having high dB in stereo sound. but when come to watch 720p movies, the master volume can push 100% max! this is really helpfull cuz i don't need to adjust my speaker volume till 3/4 most of the 720p movies in 5.1 ac3filter is sound too low...

anyway, this card really outperform my previous audigy value. i can feel the high & low frequency is much more sharper & deeper + the bass is tighter

I can't install for my XtremeMusic...WTF... It said unable to detect supported device although XtremeMusic was stated inside the note...

So, hope some XtremeMusic users try it and let me know the result.

i just downloaded X-Fi Series ISO File size 634mb like orignal creative instailion cd that i downloaded

Try download the standalone version at Creative website...i doubted that the ISO you downloaded support your device...

dude, do you know XtremeGamer Fatality ≠ Fatality? they both using different firmware, so might not be able to install if the software is specified for particular device.

Again, go Creative website to download the software you want, this is the right way you should do.

Tell me why you refused to download from Creative website? No point i argue with you, others ppl is others ppl, your is your, you understand? Just download the driver, CSL and whatever software you want and try, if fail post here again.

You didn't know which software you install and didn't know which software failed you, dude, i'm not godlike, how i going to help you, and you quote my post made me thought you had the same problem as me.

Go Creative website to download the latest/updated software, don't always think that the Original CD will give you the best.

The main software you needs are Creative Driver 2.18.0008, Creative Console Launcher 2.60.35, post here after you installed that.

is it new x-fi driver can work perfect on VISTA?
bc of X-fi...i nvr update my os to vista...
if still continue like tat,i will change x-fi to asus xonar edi~

The new driver will give whatever just same as XP.
