Walk-in pre-order > online pre-order.

Most walk-ins also pay full in advance, so they are given priority. Quite hilarious how things are being handled considering we're in 2016, it's almost like back in the ;launch-PS2 days before every single reseller just took grey imports from unauthorized distros.

maybe he mean that extended warranty doesn't come with Pro which mean you will need to buy it yourself. I think some seller is selling it on lowyat garage sales thread, you may search it.

and how do i differentiate between SEA set or Malaysia for ps4 pro?

I pre-order ps4 pro for the 2nd time on gemfive, previous order was canceled due to out of stock, then i pre-ordered again around 28th november, already 1 month and still no news from gameon, guess will take few more years to receive my ps4 pro, by then ps5 or ps6 already out?

should be able to since the extended warranty is just a product code for Malaysian PS4 sets. the card itself looks the same since ps4 phat days.

best buy the physical card as well for further documentation support

I am told that each subsequent batch of ps4 pro restocks will be more units than the previous. Next ETA is before cny 2017.

So keep your fingers crossed guys. Here's hoping things will be better in 2017.

Just wondering bro, since you have some contacts in the industry, do you know anything about what's up with Game Hypermart? I contacted them today. Apparently they are surprised other shops get stocks, they said they didn't hear anything from their supplier. It is really weird that literally every other shops get stock, albeit a little, but they didn't get one unit also... I am just wondering if I am wasting my time waiting for them. Are they in a dispute with Sony or something?
