Hi, i just purchase a ps4 slim but after a quick update to 4.50 aroumd 10 to 15 mins, my ps4 just shut down after the message say my ps4 too hot, it is normal or i need to take back to sony?

Guys i need some advise here,

My US ps+ is already expired,due to my currency the US ps+ is getting more expensive, now I'm thinking to switch to MY ps+ ,one thing is if I switch to MY ps+ i will lost all the monthly free games which i have been claimed since I bought my ps4 back in 2013.

Yes you cannot play the monthly free games on your US account if you didn't renew PS Plus for that account. MY account is essentially a separate profile with its own game library.

I'm also having the same thought of changing to my MY PSN right now. With the increasing exchange rate, buying games on the US PSN are expensive even with the weekly sales. Unfortunately I've already extended my US PS Plus subscription early this year.

make sure your console surrounding well air ventilation , if not the console might overheat easily .... but in your case , overheating issue , need to send back to sony for warranty claim

You may not be able to play the monthly free games from your US psn account but you might still be able to utilize the multiplayer features of the games you bought and played on that account if you have another profile with ps plus in the same ps4 system.

I might be wrong but I was able to continue my GTA online character in the psn US account even though i don't have ps plus because I changed to ps plus Malaysia in another account but on the same system.

Can anyone else confirm this with other games?

can try do alternate years.

years 1, 3, 5, .... PSN+ USA
years 2, 4, 6, .... PSN+ MY

that way those "free" subscribed games still available, but on alternate years, haha

as long as you activate primary all the account then you good to go. BTW you can primary more than 1 account on 1 ps4.

Yes it's confirm as long as primary account has ps plus.

I have US ps+ account since 2009. Last year, I gave out already since ringgit weaker & PS+ asia give better game wt cheaper price.
No regret as I will not play old games anymore.
Afterall, All those free games u can play it back if u renew subscription in future (if US PS+ get better offer). It not lost forever.
