Guys, just wanna ask here:

i really wanna get a PS console in the near future, and by near future, i meant after 3 years, right now PS4 is right around USD399 if i not mistaken so, just wanna ask you folks, is it worth it to get PS4 on year 2020? because i'll wait for another few years if the next PS5 console will come out in the market in the near future(if and only if la).....

most of the game listed above is in the 'coming this year' category...
no doubt there's lots of games for PS4 - but half of it (can i say half?) is remastered...or not exclusive.
the others are sports/fps shooting.
while some even available in PS Vita at cheaper price - which i personally feels better. cheaper and mobile.

i really like TopSpin4. was hoping for TopSpin5...too bad
tennis is still a multimillion sports...why they stop producing this game?

Nioh is like Dragon Dogma? i thought it's like Dynasty Warrior mixed wif Murasama themed...
is it also open world and has skill set/classes to choose/upgrade? (like Horizon New Dawn?)

anyway, my definition for "No games" is lack of game that i may enjoy. maybe i'm getting old for games oredi...

currently only Horizon New Dawn & FF 15 is in my to get list.. not including those incoming games...
definitely be anticipating TLOU2, Detroit...

interested wif Until Dawn but my fave shop seems to have out of stock of it...
same goes for Infamous Second Son...

maybe i'll get Fallout4 as well as the price is same as PC version...

PC games still caught my interest me every now & then...
Divinity Original Sin, Divinity Original Sin 2 incoming (early access is oredi available), Grim Dawn, Diablo 3, Witcher 3, Stardew Village, Pillar of Eternity, The Legend of Heroes (part 1), Torchlight2, Fear 123, Dead Space 1 & 2...so much backlog...so little time 

Top Spin 4 sold poorly. Pretty much every tennis game sold poorly in the last gen. Fingers crossed on another tennis game.

guess tennis is the only games that people only enjoy watching or perhaps playing in real life...
but not in games, unlike football, basketball, golf, racing, etc

Until Dawn is free with PS+ (Asia PSN). You have no reason not to get it.
Infamous second son was free before, but it's not difficult to get a second hand copy for cheap.
i dont own a PS4 now...and my PS+ has long expired when my credit card is renewed and i didnt update it anymore...
again - too many games, so little time...

I hated Fallout 4. A pointless waste of time.

and more selective on which game that i feel might interest me more...

I just bought a PS4 Pro unit from them saveall store  on Saturday morning,and received on Monday.Good Service.

Now I proceed to cancel the order from SENQ and SP&K game mart, must wait 10 days only can get refund.

those games that have been patched for pro will get better graphics & draw distance. i can see this when i play games like Skyrim & Fallout 4. Other old games that have not been patched will not get any improvement but sony is planning to release a "BOOST MODE" for the pro in the next firmware update that will improve performance in some of the old games that have not been patched for the pro.

i don't know what moron told you to sit so close to your tv, but my tv is only a 40" tv and i don't have to put my face next to my tv to play games & i can still see properly.

Most if not all TVs (even no-name ones) are at least 60hz. True 120hz TVs however are still very rare, majority of the ones that advertises themselves are doing it via interpolation or black frame insertion.

Yes, 30 and 60fps is very noticeably difference.

I've been playing on 144hz for 2 years now, switching to 120, 60 and 30 throughout this period as well.
My experience are (in as layman terms as possible) as follows:

30 to 60hz = Day and night difference, instantly noticeable. You gotta be brain dead not to notice it.
60 to 72/75hz = Subtle difference, it's the cheap-man's version of trying to get more hz.
60 to 90hz = Quite noticeable, but not a day and night jumb.
60 to 120hz = A day and night difference, equivalent to jumping from 30 to 60hz.
60 to 144hz = Pretty much like jumping to 120hz, except with even less input latency. I'm not a pro SF/GG/BB fighter where I can count buffers and latency with my eyes so I can't appreciate the improved latency.

120hz to 144hz = I can't tell the difference. For me, 120hz is where the diminishing returns kick in.
120hz to 165hz = I haven't played enough on 165hz, so I do not have a conclusion on it yet.
Now understand that up to 60hz, everything else only applies to PC gaming. Consoles are locked to 60hz and will forever be locked there unless everyone can stop whining about the possibility of $1,000 gaming consoles and TVs that cost half their myvis.

Get a good 4k TV that does HDR properly (both Dolby Vision and meta HDR10), a TV that upscales content well, and a TV with low input lag. That's about all a console gamer needs.

However, with the advent of HDMI 2.1 - variable refresh rate can be a real game changer for console gaming.

If implemented correctly, the next-gen consoles can in theory give console gamers a smooth gaming experience regardless of the framerate (up to 60hz however) with no screen tearing and minimal input lag. Think Gsync/Freesync, but at a more moderate level. It's really the next most important thing for gaming.

Well you're wrong and from your post, it seems very clear that you do not understand refresh rates on displays as a whole.

You can set the refresh rate for a TV just like a monitor as long as the display device feeding it has the option to do so. Consoles don't have that, so yeah it's not possible on that front. But connect a PC to a TV, you can set custom resolutions and refresh rates just as you could on a monitor.

No, a TV won't automatically "upscale" (wrong term, but whatever) a 24hz source (Blu ray movie) to 60hz unless you tell it to. If the TV has 24p support, it will run at 24hz, thus no judder. Most decent TVs from the last 5 years has it. Seeing judder is however subjective, since you said you can't see it then I'll give you the benefit of the doubt there.

Guys i need some advise here,

My US ps+ is already expired,due to my currency the US ps+ is getting more expensive, now I'm thinking to switch to MY ps+ ,one thing is if I switch to MY ps+ i will lost all the monthly free games which i have been claimed since I bought my ps4 back in 2013.

How guys....I'm dilemma now
