I think the answer is

1) It's too expensive to import R1 games when it's cheaper to have Asia region.

2) No one cares (except me and you)

yup. im R1 collector but surrendered & selling all my R1 games. (currently slowly collecting R1 vita games - 30+ titles and counting)
R1 is hard to come by due to our currency. taking stock from asia is cheaper. at least that is what i can think about.

i usually bought from play-asia. go check it out. quite expensive but sometimes u can get better deal with other titles for example last week night of azure only cost around rm100, and this week star ocean cost only around 100+ as well. postage using fedex economy will cost u around rm50+. if u combine with other cheaper titles, u get a nice deal.

and u also missed holiday sale in amazon last couple weeks. they selling ff xv for about rm230 including shipping to malaysia. as a collector, i know it is hard but once u get what u want, it feel really good isnt it

I will agree that it's mostly about the chase. You could get it cheaper sometimes on the PSN store. But finally tracking a game that you want down that no one in the country has for a good price is a great feeling. I bought KH 1.5 Remix 4 times just to get one without the Spanish on the R1 cover.

...and you could have just done it with 1 copy by editing a .psd file of the exact same boxart from vgboxart or deviantart. Then going to a printer shop and request a print from their laser printer, of which many is equal in quality to the same print you get from the retail release.

gosh, didnt know ps4 r1 games are hard to come by... my 20+ vita games are all r1... i dont wanna break the combo mang... feels good when your collection is on point.
guess i'll get them digital ones... just dont know how long will my hdd space last...

Anybody experience buying PS4 games online using Amazon? Normally how many day it will arrive to Malaysia? Let's say I bought 4 games worth RM800, isn't I will charged for customs tax?

if u use express shipping,amazon will use dhl.tax already included.u pay what it stated upon checkout (tax will be calculated).
estimation delivery 3-4 days.

bought some stuff from play-asia worth rm580 , express shipping by fedex , paid tax during deliver items at my doorstep rm41.66

play asia does not cover tax, fedex will charge tax if shipment exceed rm500.actually they pay for us in advance, so we need to pay them back.

amazon is another story, all taxes is included if we use express shipping, im not sure about standard shipping though

EMS if there is a tax , you need to pay first at their centre somewhere at klia ( poslaju centre klia ) , then collect your parcel ... so i prefer dhl and fedex for the tax payment method , less hassle

ems is myblast choice.sometimes buying from hk n china use ems. even amazon.uk they will use ups.

for ppl who want to buy from amazon or amazon.uk,dont worry. just pay what it stated in checkout.it should cover all expenses.

I collect r2 japan games lol... not hard to get, just 30%-50% pricier than other region

i bought games from amazon jp and it usually takes 2 days to reach me, but i never bought more than rm500 in a single order so not sure if u will get charged by custom or not
years ago i import crisis core psp and got hold in custom then i need to go all the way to sepang to pay custom fees and collect my psp, scared oredi lol

less then rm500 no tax , more then that = yes ... my advice choose express shipping , bit expensive but less hassle ( no need to claim your parcel at sepang )

Hello guys, just unbox my PS4 ultimate holiday pack last night. Comes with 2 free games, 1 years extended warranty and extra controller, loving it !

I have a questions need gurus help here. I bought the PvZ Garden Warfare from someone , but whenever I tried to play I got the error " unable to connect to EA server..." no luck in playing this game, any idea how to resolve this ?

Would love to collect Jap games but ever since the introduction of Cero rating system, they have the most censorship outside of Germany and Australia. There is still fan service and cover art is usually the best though.
