I have a questions need gurus help here. I bought the PvZ Garden Warfare from someone , but whenever I tried to play I got the error " unable to connect to EA server..." no luck in playing this game, any idea how to resolve this ?

Delete game save... Then try again

Would love to collect Jap games but ever since the introduction of Cero rating system, they have the most censorship outside of Germany and Australia. There is still fan service and cover art is usually the best though.

Tried that. Deleted, loaded the CD again, updated to latest update... same result... crap

I had a similar issue when I first got my PS4. What you could try is see if you can connect through LAN cable. On wireless there's a weird issue with firewall and port forwarding. But through a wired connection it was fine.

But if it's already wired, then will need to try another game to see if it's just PvZ or other games as well. PvZ I remember not being great at connecting to games.

OK, I got it figured out after I called Origin.  I was not familiar with Origin and did not understand how it worked.  The key here is that you have to download and install the Origin app on your PC or Mac.  Once you have it installed, you connect your PS4 account to Origin.  Then, quit the PvZ application on PS4 and restart it.  You should be connected and able to play the game. The key is to download Origin app on the PC or Mac.  If you don't do this, you won't be able to connect. So much research needed the noobs like myself just to play the game!  Wow.  Of course now that I understand that you need to have Origin installed, I see that this question was already answered above already by @WasterWobs  However not knowing anything about Origin, I did not understand what the answer actually meant.

Collected my ps4 slim after 2 weeks at service centre due to motherboard problem. Have to re-download everything again. Item less then 2 months, lemon unit?

hi guys, currently working in middle east, planning to buy ps4 pro as my main activity here(used desktop gaming for years), and i will to carry the console back to malaysia once my contract over. Any things i might need to take note of? if i purchase from Saudi can i still play it once i bring back to Malaysia? Region etc.... Im really 0 knowledge on console.

1 ** yes , you can play it here in malaysia .. even you can play it anywhere around the world without a problem .. just direct plug without using voltage converter adapter cuz all models including standard ps4 , ps4 slim & ps4 pro has a universal power supply ( build in )

2 ** in general, neither digital nor disc-based games will be region locked , means region free .. but the dlc region locked

3 ** the problem is sony malaysia only accept SEA set for warranty & repair , but nowdays there is a lot of 3rd party repair shop or freelance technician provide repair service for videogames console ( ps4 , xbox one etc )
