if hdmi 2.0..wont support hdr bro..it must be hdmi 2.0a... but like i said, nowadays new cable should support 4k hdr, i just bought a rm30 hdmi cable..plug into my 4k hdr tv.. my ps4 pro can output 4k hdr video...

if u r talking about ports yet..it is different, ps4 pro comes with hdmi 2.0a port while the old one is 1.4b i think..

I second this. So don't lose your stock PS4 Pro HDMI cable or you will having a hard time finding a new one.

the annoying problem ps4 pro owners has if they have a VR headset .. must bypass the VR box to play any HDR 4k games..

I have to switch cables everytime i want to switch between VR and normal gaming..

So far im really enjoying PSVR (Thumper is by far the best VR experience I've had. Totally lost in its world, definitely the best game to play when you're tripping balls lol). Can't really push my Pro to the limits since I don't have a 4k TV, but I'm just buying it for the extra performance in games. That 60fps FFXV patch can't come soon enough yo haha

About stock, I think you can try your luck by calling them. When they called me on Tuesday, they said they have 2-3 standalone units and 3 bundle units. I might be wrong with the numbers but they definitely had stock that time.

I just received my refund. The whole process from emailing to refund is just 3 days. No cancellation fee. Just tell them It's ps4 pro from gamehypermart.

Day 1 - sent email to request refund. Processed and acknowledged.
Day 2 - Got notified gemfive has finished their part. Wait for bank.
Day 3 - Money in.

Common misconception.

All standard HDMI cables are built the same actually. A HDMI cable that came out in 2007 can transport 4k signals with HDR as long as its of sufficient gauge to maintain the distance the signal has to travel. You just need to make sure the cable is a high speed full bandwidth cable.

The difference in HDMI compatibility is at the ports, not the cable. Most people do not know this, which is why the exotic HDMI cable market is so lucrative.
