Just an update for those who still haven't request for refund on gemfive but still intend to,

I just received my refund. The whole process from emailing to refund is just 3 days. No cancellation fee. Just tell them It's ps4 pro from gamehypermart.

Day 1 - sent email to request refund. Processed and acknowledged.
Day 2 - Got notified gemfive has finished their part. Wait for bank.
Day 3 - Money in.

just got back from klcc ...i only can put my name..they dont accept payment upfront anymore as the queue is getting longer

I played diablo 4 hours and suddenly ps4 slim blackout and power down. Restart, played about 15 minutes and blackout again. Touch at underside very hot. Lol

They don't change the thermal paste unless it's absolutely required (paste dried off for example). Also, the application from technicians are often times sloppy due to how many consoles they have to work on day in and day out.

Not so sure. Maybe try heavyarm? If possible, you may also just do it yourself. Just look up some YouTube guides on how to dismantle a ps4.

your ps4 pro vertical or horizontal position ? my advice put it vertical 

All ps4s, no matter the model are warm on the underside. It's just an inherent flaw of having a slim chasis and limited cooling capabilities.

You can add an external fan that blows directly into the intake side of the PS4 to improve some cool air going into it. But alas, there's only so much it can be cooled.

all of a sudden these companies found some loophole in PS4 save game editing?

bad news ? illegal account sharing already been a while though , by selling illegal digital download psn games ( plus they will provide you psn id in order to play the games ) .. this is a new way of piracy especially for the ps4 itself ... so i dont see this xploder cheat system , action replay etc will lead to jailbreaking stuff  :thumbsup:

Hi everyone, I just bought myself a ps4 pro today. I'm never a PS fan, thought of getting 1 unit to try out.

I did face some difficulties though, I'm having trouble checkout the game from playstation store I wanted to purchase. Any guys face the same problem here?

erm malaysia? but am currently not in msia, at cambodia. but i successfully purchase the PS plus subscription though... 
erm I tried with UOB and CIMB credit card.. oh yeah paypal too. all failed 
I did everything and I still do not understand why it fails.. I read some comments in PS forums, apparently they said after 24 hours will work.. so just pray and hope it works after the next 24 hours  :thumbsup:
